Why attend? By the end of this full day, interactive workshop you will be able to deliver more engaging and effective programs for beginning women farmers and ranchers. See the draft agenda, learning goals, and workshop planning committee.
Who should attend? We seek a diverse group of US agricultural educators and service providers. Whether you represent Extension, a nonprofit organization, government agency or agribusiness, you are encouraged to apply. Farmers and ranchers who offer farmer training programs are also eligible. Apply now using our online form.
Post Workshop Support: Follow-up networking, mentoring and support in developing, modifying and expanding women in ag programs will be available you upon request.
Cost: The workshop, including breakfast and lunch on Nov. 29, is being offered at no charge. Additionally, if you apply by October 14, you’re eligible for a stipend to cover one night’s lodging (11/28) at the DoubleTree.
How to Apply: Submit the online application form by October 26, 2016. Completed applications from eligible individuals will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited however, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
